Mission
INFOLOGISTIK was founded in 1986 to develop an effective technique for analyzing software requirements
and creating graphical specifications (blueprints) for software
systems and the associated business processes to be implemented.
Result
The 14-year (over 300 person-year) effort has produced
GRADE (Graphical Re-engineering Analysis and Design Environment),
an advanced technology to help analyze complex business processes,
conceive improvements, validate assumptions and develop blueprints
for change implementation.
